TINI MEMBERSHIP​ 2025

 Terms & Conditions:​

1. Customers can obtain a tiNi membership card by visiting a tiNiWorld/tiNiPark center, where staff will assist in issuing the card. The tiNi card can be used to pay for services at tiNiWorld/tiNiPark and shop at tiNiStore locations nationwide. Customers need to download the tiNi App and log in with their phone number to enjoy the benefits of the tiNi Membership Program.

2. Customers who are already members of the tiNi App before 00:00 on 01/03/2025 will continue to be members of the tiNiZen Membership Program. For the new program transition, customers' accounts will maintain their tier status and be reviewed for tier upgrades before 23:59:59 on 30/06/2025.

3. Customers registering as new members from 01/03/2025 will follow the new policies of the tiNi Membership Program.

4. Membership tiers will be reviewed twice a year, before 23:59:59 on 30/06 and 31/12, as follows:

- Insufficient spending to meet the tier threshold: Downgrade to the next tier at the time of review.​

- Sufficient spending to meet the tier threshold: Maintain the current tier. All previous spending will be reset at the time of tier review, and a new spending cycle will begin.​

5. Free for children under 70cm and under 12 months old, applicable only to tiNiZen members. Please contact the staff at the counter for assistance.

6. The 20,000 VND First-Time App Download Voucher can be used every day of the week, including holidays. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of app download and successful membership registration.​

7. Member Day Offer (every Tuesday): Each child gets a discounted entrance ticket once per day. Member Day does not apply during the following holidays:​

• New Year (01/01)​

• Lunar New Year (30th of the Lunar Calendar to the 5th day of the Lunar New Year)​

• Hung Kings' Commemoration (10th of the 3rd lunar month)​

• Reunification Day (30/04)​

• International Workers' Day (01/05)​

• International Children's Day (01/06)​

• National Day (02/09)​

• Mid-Autumn Festival (15th of the 8th lunar month)​

• Halloween (31/10)​

• Christmas (24/12 - 25/12)​

Other public holidays as per government announcements. For these tiNi holidays, tiNi members will receive discounted entrance tickets based on their tier (Silver – Gold – Diamond with 15% – 20% – 25% discount, respectively).​

8. Member entrance ticket offers do not apply to purchases of Super Magic Tickets, promotional vouchers, Got it vouchers, and cannot be combined with other promotions.​

9. The child's date of birth can only be registered once; any changes must be verified with the child's birth certificate.​

10. Birthday gifts: Valid only in the birthday month. The birthday e-voucher is granted once per year per child. If the e-voucher has been used and the birth date information changes, no reissue will be granted.​

11. Party booking discounts apply to basic party packages only and do not include additional services.​

12. tiNi Points can only be used for reward redemption, not for playing games.​

13. tiNi members who only use the card but have not downloaded or used the tiNiApp will face the following limitations:​

- From 01/03 to 30/06/2025: No ticket discounts for both regular days and Member Day, and no other benefits of tiNiZen will be applicable.​

- From 00:00 on 01/07/2025: If the tiNiApp is not downloaded and used, membership benefits will not be activated, and the registered phone number will no longer have membership information in the system.​

14. Each account can register a maximum of 02 children. If customers want to change the information, they must verify it with the child's birth certificate.​

15. The membership program only applies promotions when purchasing directly at the POS counter of tiNiWorld centers and does not apply to online ticket purchases.

16. tiNi may cancel at any time in case of any irregularities. The decision of tiNi is final.
