 Name Definition

tiNiZen Membership Policy

1. Customers who register for new membership from 01/03/2025 will follow the updated tiNiZen membership policy. 
 
2. tiNiZen membership tiers are Reviewed and Adjusted twice a year, at 23:59:59 on June 30 and 23:59:59 on December 31, specifically: 
Tier-up spending accumulation (applies to Silver and Gold) or maintaining required spending for the current tier (applies to Gold and Diamond): 
Members will retain their latest tier after the Review and Adjustment date. Accumulated spending will be reset to 0 VND. 
All other cases will be downgraded by 1 tier (applies to Gold and Diamond). Accumulated spending will be reset to 0 VND. 
 
3. tiNi Buck is an account that records the total value of cash vouchers a customer owns, which can be used for all redemption transactions for goods and services at tiNi centers and stores. 
The cash voucher value displayed in tiNi Buck is the cumulative amount of all cash vouchers purchased after deducting the value of redeemed goods and services. 
Cash vouchers used to top up tiNi Buck cannot be refunded or transferred to another account. 

Usage scope of tiNi Buck: 
Customers may use cash vouchers stored in tiNi Buck to redeem goods and/or services on the tiNi App and in direct transactions at tiNiStore, tiNiWorld & tiNiPark centers. Each transaction will deduct the corresponding value from tiNi Buck. 

Account validity notice: 
At 23:59:59 on 31/12/2026, all accounts with no transactions since 31/12/2023 or earlier will be deactivated. 
(All related benefits and privileges tied to the account will expire after this time.) 

4. tiNiCoin:
tiNiCoin is a unit used exclusively for playing games in the Gamezone area. Account validity notice: 
At 23:59:59 on 30/06/2026, all promotional tiNiCoin will be invalidated; remaining regular tiNiCoin balances will remain valid. 

5. Admission Offers for Young Children:Admission benefits for: 
- Children 1 year old and under (≤12 months) 
- Children over 1–2 years old (from 12 months + 1 day to 24 months)

will be applied from 01/03/2026, subject to information verification. Customers must present the VNeID account/app or the child’s Birth Certificate at the tiNiWorld counter after registration. (Verification is required only once.)
 
6. The 20,000 VND First-Time App Download Voucher is valid on all days of the week, including public holidays. 
Validity: 30 days from the date of app download and successful membership registration. 
 
7. Public Holidays, as defined by the Government, will incur a 20,000 VND surcharge applied to Weekend gate tickets.

The VND 20,000 public holiday service fee applies to all cases, including: 
- Tickets purchased at counters (including FREE tickets) 
- Online tickets via the tiNi App 
- Tickets purchased via e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Tiki) 
- E-ticket codes issued by B2B partners from 2026 onward 
- Birthday parties held on public holidays are subject to a 10% service fee on the total bill. 

Note: Not applicable to tiNier tickets, birthday gift admission tickets (tiNiZen), or Playscape (Gymboree) tickets. 

8. Holidays 

On tiNi-designated Holidays, Weekend ticket pricing applies regardless of weekday or weekend status. 
Applicable service fees will apply accordingly.

*One of the two substitute days will apply depending on Government announcements. 
 
9. Member gate ticket discounts do not apply to purchases of Magic Key, promotional vouchers, Got It vouchers, or any concurrent promotions. 
 
10. Each account can register up to 3 children, and each child’s date of birth can only be registered once. Any changes require verification with the child’s Birth Certificate. 
 
11. Birthday Gifts:
Birthday vouchers are issued on the child’s birthday and valid throughout the birthday month. 
Birthday E-vouchers are issued once per year on the first day of the birthday month. 
If the birthday information is changed, the voucher will not be reissued. 
For new members registered within the child’s birthday month, the E-voucher will be issued after 1 day. 
- tiNiStore Benefit: Up to 600,000 VND discount for Diamond members & 400,000 VND discount for Gold members. 
- F&B Benefit: Applies only to bills containing both food AND drinks at tiNi. Up to 150,000 VND discount for Diamond members & 100,000 VND discount for Gold members. 
- Birthday Party Benefit: Applies to basic party packages and add-on children. Not applicable to optional service add-ons. 
 
12. tiNi Points are for gift redemption only, not for playing games. 
 
13. Members who use only the physical tiNi card but have not downloaded the tiNi App: 
Customers must download and use the tiNi App with the same phone number registered to their card to receive full tiNiZen benefits and continue using the tiNiZen membership card. 
 
14. Membership program benefits apply for purchases made directly at tiNiWorld/tiNiPark POS counters or when buying tickets via the tiNi App. 
 
15. tiNi reserves the right to lock an account at any time if unusual activity is detected on the customer’s tiNiZen account. tiNi’s decision is final.
